PROCESS EXPERT – FRAUD CLUSTER (M/F)

This is your mission

Are you passionate about end-to-end process optimization, change management, and fraud prevention? Then this position is for you.

As a Senior End-to-End Process Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, optimizing, and documenting business processes within a large-scale banking ecosystem, with a strong focus on fraud detection and prevention.

You will join a Fraud Cluster within a customer servicing and efficiency domain, working in an Agile environment alongside business and IT stakeholders.

Build side

Your missions:

• Design and document end-to-end business processes using recognized methodologies (e.g. BPMN), considering the broader organizational ecosystem

• Optimize existing processes to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management (fraud prevention)

• Contribute to ideation phases by translating business needs into future-proof process solutions

• Support application changes by defining requirements and contributing to testing activities when needed

• Create clear, simple, and compliant process documentation aligned with internal and external guidelines

Run side

Your missions:

• Monitor existing processes using KPIs, customer feedback, and field insights

• Identify improvement opportunities and propose continuous optimization initiatives

• Support and coordinate change management activities to ensure adoption by users and stakeholders

• Guide users after implementation and provide post-change support

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (squad and cluster level) and deliver committed work autonomously

This is your background

You have at least 7 years of experience as a Process Engineer / End-to-End Process Manager, ideally in a banking or financial services environment.
You enjoy working on complex ecosystems, structuring processes, and driving meaningful change in Agile contexts.

This is your career path

You are a senior or expert-level Process Engineer looking to further develop your impact on strategic processes such as fraud prevention, customer servicing, and operational efficiency, within a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.

This is your expertise

Process & Methodologies:

• Strong expertise in process management and modeling tools (BPMN, ARIS, or equivalent)

• Solid knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR)

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Business & Domain Knowledge (assets):

• Banking and financial services environment

• Notions of business architecture

Languages:

• French: good

• Dutch: good

• English: good
