Are you passionate about project leadership, digital transformation, and team management? Then this position is for you.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end IT delivery within one of our internal development teams , driving business digitalization initiatives and ensuring successful delivery of strategic projects.

Build side:

• Lead the transition, refactoring or greenfield development of new business & technical applications
• Define project scope, mission, planning and budgets
• Coordinate analysts, architects and developers through all delivery phases
• Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies, BPMN and customer journey approaches
• Manage risks, quality, and stakeholder expectations
• Apply best practices in Project Management (Prince2)

Run side:

• Oversee maintenance and service management of production applications
• Ensure on-time, on-budget and high-quality delivery
• Manage escalations, communicate progress and report to Program Manager and Department Director
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean practices
• Support staff development, engagement and performance

This is your background

You have extensive experience in project and program management within complex IT environments. You enjoy leading teams, simplifying complex subjects, and driving results. You thrive in environments where collaboration, ownership, and innovation matter.

• Project & Program Management (Prince2 expert)
• Agile / Scrum / Kanban
• Business process analysis (BPMN, Customer Journey)
• Strong understanding of IT technologies & solution architecture (Java Spring, Angular)
• Change management
• Workshop facilitation
• Team/people management
