Mission
We are looking to complement and strengthen existing teams in IT risk management, cybersecurity and the fight against data leakage. Within the IT Group, IT Department, the Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud Department’s mission is to structure, strengthen and harmonize IT risk management and cybersecurity for the entire Group (around 30 entities) and the bank:
- Define the vision and strategy for IT risk management and cybersecurity, and ensure the implementation of this strategy within the Group’s operating entities;
- Monitor the security of the Group’s information systems; and
- Steer the IT Continuity and Resilience strategy and methodological framework.
The missions are as follows:
- Ensure the DLP project rollout (technical implementation and communications);
- Coordinate the actions between the different stakeholders;
- Integrate the business in the different steps of the project (definition of the need, validations, deployment) through committee and communication;
- Communicate on the DLP project status to all DLP platforms through committee, SharePoint, emails …;
- Provide support for DLP teams in their understanding of the DLP Group requirements and their implementation;
- Be a force of proposals to reinforce DLP Group requirements (on the existing measures or new ones);
- Report on the deployment of DLP controls within the Group; and
- Be the point of contact for the DLP platforms, CISOs, DPOs.
The changing cyber threat landscape is increasing the security risk to the financial sector, leading to a desire to strengthen maturity in cybersecurity, IT risk management and operational resilience. Working within the IT Group’s Cybersecurity and Digital Fraud department, the candidate will be part of the Data Loss Prevention Group governance team, with the primary remit of leading a DLP project and participating in the team’s overall activities as a governance, playing a key role in ensuring that Group DLP requirements are well defined, communicated to all DLP teams and implemented across the Group, you will also provide support by being the point of contact for DLP teams, CISOs, DPOs….
Profil
Main Tasks:
- Organize, participate facilitate technical workshops with production teams, engineer, architect to define and challenge DLP measures: Expert
- Be responsible for planning the different steps/actions of the project and their rollout: Expert
- Ensure that all the related documents (procedure(s) for DLP platforms, communication to End users, knowledge base for support) are delivered: Expert
- Provide help and support to all DLP teams for Group implementation; Update regularly on Group DLP controls: Expert
- Set up indicators for monitoring DLP projects and coverage: Expert
Technical Skills:
- Experience in Data security topics AND in Data loss prevention topics: Expert
- General knowledge of IT and IT security, key related processes and regulatory framework; Knowledge of the technical and application architecture principles of the activity scope: Expert
- Ability to understand data, IT systems and cyber security risks, and apply knowledge of security and data management to regulations: Expert
- Knowledge on development and process automation;Project management: Expert
